A Senate committee voted Thursday to hold Anthony S. Fauci in contempt of Congress after the longtime infectious-disease scientist declined to answer its questions and accused the committee chairman, Sen. On the eve of a planned vote by a Senate committee on whether to hold Dr. Anthony S.
